About The Position

Turing is seeking Capital Markets experts to work with researchers to improve AI model performance. The role applies expertise in equity and debt issuance, securities structuring, market microstructure, and pricing dynamics to evaluate and train AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required. This is a freelance opportunity with a fully remote and flexible work environment, requiring a flexible commitment of 10–30 hours per week. The initial duration is approximately one month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. Compensation is approximately $100 or more per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Capital Markets, such as DCM, ECM, structured products, sales and trading desks, or market-making.
• Strong grasp of securities markets, pricing mechanisms, issuance processes, credit analysis, and market microstructure.
• Excellent English written communication.

Nice To Haves

• CFA (Level I, II, or III).
• FRM.
• MBA in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate large language models on capital markets topics, including securities pricing, IPO structuring, syndication processes, and fixed income analytics.
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks such as bond valuation, yield curve analysis, derivatives pricing, and market risk assessment.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and other finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
