About The Position

The Client & Sales Support Analyst provides foundational support to the Capital Markets business by assisting with client onboarding, documentation, trade support, and operational processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with less than three years of experience who are looking to build a career in Capital Markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, banking, operations, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding requests, documentation collection, and completeness checks.
• Support trade execution processes, confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle events under supervision.
• Perform routine controls, reconciliations, and data validation tasks.
• Respond to internal inquiries and support day-to-day client and sales requests.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation.
• Identify and escalate issues, discrepancies, or missing information.
• Learn Capital Markets products, systems, and workflows through hands-on experience and training.
