The Capital Markets Analyst - Staff provides analytical support for bond financing, derivatives, debt compliance, investor disclosures, and more. The caregiver engages with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing decision support and comprehensive analysis. Essential Functions Conducts thorough research and analysis of debt and capital markets, including economic trends, financial disclosures, industry reports, and regulatory requirements. Prepares analyses to support strategic decision making regarding Intermountain Health’s debt and derivatives portfolio. Assists in maintaining working relationships by responding to inquiries and providing necessary information. Participates in the preparation of bond documents and financing agreements, including the official statement, in conjunction with the issuance of bonds or other finance-related transactions. Conducts ratio analysis to identify trends, evaluate changes, and monitor key financial metrics. Handles defined tasks and projects related to debt and derivative management, financial due diligence, financial modeling, investor disclosures, bond compliance, and more. Completes financial models, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses to identify feasibility, trends, and risks, and may present findings. Supports financial modeling, systems, and databases, developing queries and automation procedures for data collection and reporting. Prepares professional presentations, reports, and deliverables for senior management.
