2026 Capital Markets, AidenEdge Program Fall Analyst (4 Months)
About The Position
RBC Capital Markets is a division of the Royal Bank of Canada, a global financial institution. This role is part of the AidenEdge Program, a tech-focused internship on the cutting edge of capital markets. By applying, candidates will be considered for multiple innovative and highly technical roles across the Capital Markets spectrum. The program offers an opportunity to work directly with Capital Markets Groups to assist with identifying and solving complex issues facing financial markets today. Interns will analyze business requirements, create designs, develop, code, and translate them into actionable solutions, taking responsibility for an end-to-end solution for a given business line to enable efficiencies and innovative thinking.
Requirements
- Working towards a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related degree.
- Currently maintaining academic excellence.
- In-depth programming knowledge of one of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, C/C+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Desire to present outcomes to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
