Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
6–11 years of experience
CPA or equivalent certification.
Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
Experience leading teams across multiple engagements.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting capital markets or transaction related engagements.
Background in complex accounting analysis or audit readiness.
Professional services or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Manages multiple accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets transactions and complex accounting matters.
Applies strong technical accounting knowledge to assess transaction impacts and financial reporting considerations.
Coordinates engagement planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations and timelines.
Reviews technical accounting analyses and client deliverables for accuracy and quality.
Supervises and develops senior associates and supervisors across concurrent engagements.
Collaborates with internal specialists and service lines to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory support.
Identifies opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and enhance client value.
