About The Position

Capco is seeking talented, self-motivated, and solution-oriented individuals for its Summer Internship Program (SIP) in Houston. This program is designed for students who can excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are excited about taking on new challenges, and want to make impactful changes. Interns will gain exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people. Capco is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation in the Financial Services, Energy, and Insurance industries. With a client portfolio of over 100 global organizations, Capco combines innovative thinking with industry knowledge to accelerate digital initiatives in banking and payments, capital markets, wealth and asset management, insurance, and the energy sector. The program emphasizes innovative development, allowing interns to help solve significant business issues and transform operations for large companies during a period of industry change. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Finance, Technology or related major, or a demonstrated interest in business, finance, and/or technology).
  • Must be graduating in the Winter of 2027 or Summer of 2028 (Rising Seniors ONLY).
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate within cross-disciplined teams.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (US Citizens or Permanent Residents ONLY).

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business challenges and Capco's engagement approach to help clients overcome these challenges.
  • Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating processes to provide relevant recommendations for enhancing current operations.
  • Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops.
  • Create high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings.
  • Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand Capco's business, brand, and global reach.
