The team is comprised of 5 Specialists and 6 Advisors, all of whom bring unique strengths to our collective mission. We also partner closely with 3 Cadence Analysts, whose expertise is essential to our scheduling strategies and system-level improvements. As a Capacity Management Specialist, you’ll interact with this team daily, contributing to shared goals and learning from one another. You’ll also engage regularly with operational leaders and spend part of your time in meetings with clinical staff, including clinic managers, clinic supervisors, and physician leaders. This cross-functional collaboration is key to driving meaningful improvements in patient access and scheduling efficiency.
