About The Position

We help organizations modernize cloud platforms, improve engineering efficiency, and optimize cloud spend through architecture, automation, and FinOps best practices. Our teams work directly with enterprise customers to identify inefficiencies, drive modernization efforts, and deliver measurable business outcomes. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong experience leading large-scale infrastructure and capacity management initiatives across complex technical environments. This role requires someone who can confidently partner with senior client stakeholders, drive operational excellence, improve capacity planning processes, and lead cross-functional technical programs from strategy through execution. This is not a generic project management role. The strongest candidates have experience owning production systems, managing technical capacity planning, driving process improvements, and influencing both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable operational outcomes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own capacity management and forecasting processes across complex technical environments
  • Drive continuous improvements to planning, documentation, and operational workflows
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they impact delivery
  • Develop scalable processes that improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure capacity planning aligns with business priorities and technical requirements
  • Lead end-to-end technical initiatives across multiple teams
