The CAP Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in facilitating and overseeing the delivery of case management services for medically fragile children and physically disabled adults with complex care needs who are at risk of institutionalization. These beneficiaries reside in private homes where their health, safety, and well-being can be maintained within budget constraints set by the Division of Medical Assistance. The CAP Clinical Supervisor ensures quality case management by supporting Case Managers, individuals being served, and their families, as well as the broader community. This role requires coordination with staff to maintain compliance with best practices and accepted case management approaches. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor provides direct case management, consultation, training, and development to staff while serving as a liaison with state agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
