About The Position

Capital Group's Capital Associates Program (CAP) is a highly selective, immersive global rotation program designed for exceptional early-career talent who possess deep curiosity, analytical rigor, collaborative leadership, and independent thinking. The program aims to help associates explore complex investment questions and develop the judgment and skills necessary for a long-term career in investing. CAP Associates investigate these questions through rigorous research, examining industries, assessing long-term trends, and developing well-reasoned perspectives. They contribute original insights to Capital Group's investment dialogue by framing questions, conducting deep analysis, developing their perspectives, and presenting well-supported conclusions to experienced investors. Associates will strengthen their analytical reasoning, investigative approach, judgment, and communication skills through hands-on research, collaboration with investor mentors, and targeted development sessions. They will learn alongside experienced analysts and portfolio managers and join a global community of thinkers in a small, high-caliber cohort across London, Los Angeles, and Singapore.
