Responsibilities

  • Guide and inspire a team of canvassers to generate leads through innovative methods like door-to-door canvassing and participation in home and garden shows.
  • Demonstrate stellar salesmanship by actively promoting water purification, windows and doors, and solar solutions while setting the standard for your team.
  • Equip team members with the tools they need to excel by providing comprehensive training on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Navigate negotiations and seal deals with finesse, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure transparency and understanding by elucidating contract terms to customers, effectively addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Continuously monitor team performance and provide valuable coaching and feedback to optimize results and drive success.
