Due to recent storm activity, the company has significant opportunities and is seeking a driven, high-energy Canvassing Manager to lead and expand their market in Madison, WI. This is an active leadership role, not a desk job, focused on building teams, developing leaders, and achieving market dominance in a competitive environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of canvassing experience
Proven ability (or strong desire) to lead and develop people
High energy, competitive mindset, and strong communication skills
Ability to recruit, train, and retain a team
Someone who wants to win—and wants their team to win even more

Responsibilities

Recruit & Build Your Team: Hire and develop a team of 10–15 canvassers
Constantly bring in new talent to fuel growth
Train for Performance: Own initial onboarding and ongoing development
Sharpen skills, scripts, and confidence daily
Drive Results: Maximize team output—knocks, sets, and issued appointments
Hold the standard and elevate performance across the board
Create a Winning Culture: Build a competitive, high-energy, positive environment
Recognize wins, coach through losses, and keep the team pushing forward
