The Canvassing Manager leads a field team that creates new homeowner opportunities and drives the top of the sales funnel. The role focuses on building team performance, improving day-to-day execution, and helping representatives succeed through coaching, structure, and accountability.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing door-to-door canvassing or field sales teams.
- Experience coaching field representatives on live customer conversations, including script delivery, objection handling, and doorstep lead conversion.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize team productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation for local team oversight.

- Experience in in-home consumer sales.
- Familiarity with lead tracking tools.
- Experience analyzing territory performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach canvassing teams to exceed weekly lead generation goals.
- Monitor field performance metrics and improve territory coverage strategies.

- Coordinate daily schedules, route planning, and team assignments efficiently.
