About The Position

Aspen Contracting is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Canvassing Team. As a Canvasser, you'll work directly in local neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Aspen Contracting and scheduling free exterior property inspections for our Sales team. No canvassing experience? No problem. We'll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support you need to succeed. If you enjoy talking with people, staying active, and earning bonuses for your performance, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable using an iPad and mobile applications
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, warehouse, event staffing, or other public-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned neighborhoods throughout the day.
• Speak with homeowners professionally and confidently.
• Schedule free exterior property inspections for homeowners.
• Record customer information using company-provided canvassing applications.
• Utilize an iPad and mobile technology to manage appointments and activity.
• Represent Aspen Contracting with professionalism and integrity.
• Attend team meetings and training.
• Work closely with the local Sales team to help generate new business.
