About The Position
Window Nation is growing fast and is urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach. This role involves engaging homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss quality window products. The position also includes representing Window Nation at local community events and fairs, providing helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts, and answering homeowner questions. The goal is to work towards achievable sales goals with the support of an experienced team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people
