About The Position

Shawmut Services is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of canvasser in Colorado to participate in a large signature collection program. As a signature collector, you will travel to high traffic areas to collect signatures from registered voters. This is an in-person position with a minimum requirement of working three six-hour shifts per week. This is an entry-level position, and no experience is necessary. Canvassers can earn over $1000+ per week. Weekly pay is provided every Friday. Extensive paid training is provided. A $10 gas stipend per shift is provided for drivers. Collectors will be working throughout the Fort Collins, Denver and Colorado Springs areas.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Must be friendly and enjoy talking to people.
Must have the physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods (up to 6 hours per day) while meeting and talking to people.
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Travel to high traffic areas to collect signatures from registered voters.
Approach voters and start a conversation.
Memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared and provided by Shawmut Services.
