About The Position

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking canvassers to participate in door to door canvassing programs in the Dayton area. As a canvasser, you will go door to door and speak with local voters about the upcoming election, and their plan to vote. This is an entry-level position with no experience necessary. Canvassing with Revolution Field Strategies is right for you if you want to impact change in your community and state by helping members of your community get out to vote. This is a great way to get involved and support voter participation! You’re looking for flexible hours. You can choose which days you work each week and can work part-time or full time. This is an ideal entry level job to gain critical professional experience. We have a team of veteran leadership to learn from in order to jumpstart your career in community outreach, civic engagement, or any other field. The location for this position will be in person: Dayton, OH.

Requirements

Entry-level position, no experience necessary
Must have the physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods (up to 6 hours per day) while meeting and talking to people
Ability to memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared and provided
Consistently meet daily and weekly conversation goals
Understand how to use a cell phone to track and submit data
Must have access to reliable personal transportation
