Requirements

Proven supervising experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising is highly desirable
Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse communities effectively
Excellent negotiation skills to address questions or concerns from community members
Knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams or campaigns simultaneously

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of door-to-door canvassers to ensure daily outreach targets are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans tailored to specific neighborhoods or demographics
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members on sales techniques, customer service, and effective communication skills
Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and motivate the team to maximize productivity and engagement
Foster positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts
Analyze campaign data and feedback to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness
Hire and Train canvassing teams.
