About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is hiring a driven and motivated Canvass Manager in Training in Fort Myers. This is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, develop leadership skills in the field, and transition into managing a canvassing team and company van operation. We are a fast-growing home improvement company offering hurricane impact windows, doors, and Tex-Cote coatings, and we’re looking for future leaders who are ready to earn their way into management through performance, training, and hands-on experience. This is not an immediate management position. The Manager in Training program is designed to prepare qualified candidates to successfully transition into a Canvass Van Manager role through proven lead generation performance, leadership development, field training, team mentorship, and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Motivated to grow into a leadership position
  • Comfortable talking with homeowners and working outdoors
  • Competitive, energetic, and coachable
  • Willing to learn and lead by example
  • Local to the Fort Myers area or willing to relocate
  • Must be 18 or older to apply
  • Clean driving record preferred for future management advancement

Responsibilities

  • Work directly in the field generating leads and setting appointments
  • Learn Sunbelt’s canvassing systems, sales process, and leadership expectations
  • Train alongside experienced managers and top-performing reps
  • Develop skills in team leadership, area management, recruiting, and coaching
  • Build consistency and production before transitioning into a leadership role
  • Gradually take on more responsibility as performance milestones are achieved
  • Manage a canvassing team
  • Drive a company-branded vehicle
  • Lead daily field operations
