About The Position

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is a full-service grassroots mobilization firm that leads successful canvassing and Canvassing programs throughout the country. This position is considered a Full-Time Employee meaning they are expected to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) for a defined period of time, typically the length of the project. Requirements

Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Strong desire to help register new voters
Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver’s insurance

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of VoteBuilder, MiniVAN, or Blocks
Prior volunteer or paid canvasser management

Responsibilities

Assist with training and management of canvassers in the field, including pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings.
Work with the Regional Organizer and Project Director to implement, adjust, and improve the training program.
Willing and able to work extended hours, with the expectation of 6-day, 60+ hour weeks from mid-March through May with the high likelihood of extension through September, including evenings and weekends.
Other duties as assigned.
