Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of machine operation and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Proven reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work additional hours when business needs require

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food, beverage, bottling, canning, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment, including fillers, seamers, packaging equipment, and shrink wrappers
• Monitor production performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Quickly identify and respond to equipment issues and production interruptions
• Communicate mechanical concerns to Maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety requirements, GMPs, sanitation procedures, and quality standards
• Support production needs through overtime when required
• Perform other duties as assigned
