About The Position
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for an experienced Cannabis Retail Store / Dispensary Shift Lead for a Cannabis Retail Store in the Portland, Oregon, area. As Shift Lead, you will get the opportunity to direct budtenders, along with opening and/or closing the store. You will follow and ensure that all team members are following standard operating procedures. You are known for your ability to inspire your staff to drive sales, keep the store fully stocked, and provide a great customer service environment. You have a "Lead by Example" approach, which has influenced your team in the past to strive for continuous improvement. You take pride in ensuring the store's appearance is welcoming and has an environment where customers get excited about returning.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience managing retail teams
- At least 6 months of experience as a shift lead/assistant manager of budtenders
- Experience managing all aspects of a retail store from inventory and vendor relationships to scheduling and coaching
- Strong retail leader who is obsessed with providing an exceptional customer experience
