About The Position

VIBE Cannabis is seeking a Cannabis Production & Packaging Team Member for its facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The role works with the Production & Packaging Team on projects and tasks across multiple areas of the Packaging Department, helping provide high-quality products for patients. Team members are expected to arrive clean and well-groomed, bring a positive attitude, and be prepared to stand for long periods and work in different environments.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Able to work in loud areas.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
Able to work in low-oxygen areas.
Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
Understands compliance regulations and follows SOPs for specialized areas.
At least 21 years of age.
Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field.
Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
Experience working with plants or other commodity crops.
Two or more years of pharmaceutical packaging experience.

Responsibilities

Help the Packaging Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
Box and label packaged goods across all SKUs.
Prepare packaged goods for sale and distribution to customers.
Package flower, joints, and other cannabis products.
Manufacture pre-rolled joints.
Weigh product and sort buds.
Maintain accurate counts during packaging.
Clean all equipment and work areas, including mopping and sweeping floors.
Communicate directly with Team Supervisors and Managers, and assist in other areas when not completing daily tasks.
Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the cultivation process.
Maintain best agricultural and manufacturing practices.
Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
