About The Position
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for Temporary Cannabis Processing/Packaging Technicians to work at their production facility in the Worcester, Massachusetts, area. This role is ideal for individuals with an exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to punctuality. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing Cannabis company, with the potential for permanent hire for exceptional performers. The shift is Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
- Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take direction
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
- Ability to arrive on time
- Ability to wear N95 mask while around cannabis product
- Ability to be around plant pollen for 8 hour period of time
- Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis operation in the State of Massachusetts
