About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Post-Harvest and Processing Technicians to work at their production facility 30 mins East of Niles, MI. This position may start immediately and last for four weeks. This is a full-time temporary role, and there is the potential for some overtime. The company is a thriving Cannabis company.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Michigan
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 11 hours/day
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with your hands
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time
• Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Weighing post-harvest materials and products
• Hand debucking, trimming, and grinding cannabis flower
• Sanitization and sterilization of equipment and clean room environment
• Accurate counting of cannabis products
• Data tracking and documentation for state regulations
• Working in multiple different departments
