About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Post-Harvest and Processing Technicians to work at their production facility 40 mins East of Greenfield, MA. This role is ideal for individuals with an exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality. The position offers a full-time temporary schedule with the potential for overtime and the possibility of being hired on in a permanent role for high performers. The company is a thriving Cannabis organization.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts
• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 11 hours/day
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with your hands
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time
• Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Weighing post-harvest materials and products
• Hand debucking, trimming, and grinding cannabis flower
• Sanitization and sterilization of equipment and clean room environment
• Accurate counting of cannabis products
• Data tracking and documentation for state regulations
• Working in multiple different departments as needed
