About The Position

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Harvest Technicians to work at their production facilities North of the Detroit, Michigan, area. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, be attentive to details, and always arrive on time ready to give 100%. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a thriving Cannabis company. Duties may include transplanting, watering, trimming, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting.

Requirements

Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting (including drying, trimming, curing, etc.)
Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 hours/day
Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
Attention to detail
Willingness to take directions and constructive feedback
Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
Proven work ethic
Reliable transportation
Ability to arrive on time
Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Michigan, which includes being at least 21 years of age and being eligible to be badged in the State of Michigan
