About The Position
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Harvest Technicians to work at their production facilities within an hour's drive from the Bay City, Michigan, area. This role is ideal for individuals with an exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to punctuality. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a thriving Cannabis company, with duties that may include transplanting, watering, trimming, pruning, cleaning, and harvesting.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge and willingness to learn harvesting skills (including drying, trimming, curing, etc.)
- Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
- Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
- Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
- Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 hours/day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
- Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take direction and constructive feedback
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
- Proven work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to arrive on time
- Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Michigan
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be eligible to be badged in the State of Michigan
