About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary facility, assisting with building upkeep, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and identifying and reporting basic maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary facility by removing trash, cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas, etc.
• Assisting with proper upkeep of building exteriors, railings, and grounds
• Clean and sanitize equipment and fixtures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Identify and report basic maintenance issues and assist with quick fixes (lightbulbs, filter changes etc.)
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
