About The Position

We are a multi-state operator and wholesaler of cannabis-infused products committed to providing the highest quality service, products, and experience to meet the variety of needs desired by patients & consumers in the cannabis industry. As we continue to see expansion in this still-maturing Missouri market we are looking for a dependable and dedicated, full-time Delivery Driver to join our team. Ideally, you have a strong passion for people and our plant. This is an essential role that will work cross-functionally with our team and our clients. Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least 25 years of age
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a Federal background check with fingerprinting and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery in the state of Missouri.
• Comfortable working/driving long hours at night or in inclement weather
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to accurately follow/read GPS/Google Maps
• Comfortable with being recorded on camera. (All work for this position is under video surveillance and GPS tracking.)

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Missouri geography
• Commercial driving experience
• Experience driving 12' Box Trucks or larger
• Knowledge of the cannabis plant and/or passion for the industry
• Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including early morning and evenings

Responsibilities

• Perform required pre-trip inspection and paperwork
• Responsible for loading and unloading vehicle safely, with proper lifting technique
• Pick up and transport parcels, packages, and all other incoming/outgoing promotional materials
• Follow approved delivery schedules, routes, and drop-off/pick-up areas
• Responsible for reviewing and verifying manifest for accuracy at each approved stop
• Responsible for the tracking, security, and accurate delivery of items to an approved point of contact
• Responsible for adhering to security procedures for all facilities
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all confidential information
• Responsible for adhering to all DCR regulations
• Practice safe driving procedures
• Provide friendly customer service to every client
• Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned
