About The Position

VIBE Cannabis is seeking new Cannabis Cultivation Team Members for its facility in St. Louis, MO. This is an opportunity to be part of a new and growing company in the exploding cannabis industry. The Cultivation Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on various projects and tasks throughout the garden to ensure the best possible products for patients. Team members should be prepared to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments, and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Able to work in loud areas.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
• Able to work in low oxygen areas.
• Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
• Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
• At least 21 years of age
• Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.
• Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
• Experience working with plants or other commodity crops.

Responsibilities

• Help the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
• Perform duties including fertigation, plant maintenance, cleaning grow and common areas, trimming, and packaging plant products.
• Communicate directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aid in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
• Maintain best agricultural practices.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
