Trimmr staffs local talent with licensed operators for harvest and post harvest processes. Once you are hired, you choose from available shifts that fit your schedule. You earn W-2 wages, build a work record and reputation that validates your capabilities with different operators, and you get real industry experience. Tasks vary depending on client needs, but common shifts include cultivation (planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting) and post-harvest (hand trimming, bucking, and packaging). Compliance and care tasks include following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and maintaining quality standards. Indoor and outdoor tasks will be involved. Strong scents, weather, and being on your feet are part of the job.
