About The Position

Join Trimmr as a Cannabis Cultivation Support staff member in Saugerties, NY. Trimmr staffs local talent with licensed operators for harvest and post-harvest processes. Once hired, you choose from available shifts that fit your schedule. You will earn W-2 wages, build a work record and reputation that validates your capabilities with different operators, and gain real industry experience. Tasks vary depending on client needs, but common shifts include cultivation (planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting) and post-harvest (hand trimming, bucking, and packaging). Compliance and care tasks such as following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and maintaining quality standards are also involved. Both indoor and outdoor tasks will be part of the job, which may involve strong scents, weather, and being on your feet.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ (NYS OCM requirement)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 docs)
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work
• Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites
• Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift
• Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
• Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
