About The Position

Dogtopia, a leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is seeking an energetic, organized, and safety-conscious individual to join their team as a Canine Coach. This role focuses on creating a safe and fun play environment for dogs, interacting with them, and ensuring their well-being as if they were family. The position involves being "on stage" at all times, as rooms are equipped with cameras for pet parents to view. Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to work cohesively with their team in a respectful and professional manner.
Maintains a positive attitude and demeanor in all aspects of their position including room management and customer service.
Follows company dress code guidelines for professional and safe standards.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, POS systems.
High School Diploma preferred.
1-2 years of work experience required.
Prolonged periods of standing required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must love dogs.
