Cancer Registrar
About The Position
Saint Luke's is looking for a Cancer Registrar who performs case finding, abstracting, data management, follow-up and related registry services of a coordinated network of multi-facility Cancer Registry databases. The role efficiently operates the registry software system, helps design and develop cancer management and outcome studies, and performs other Cancer Registry job-related services and tasks as assigned. The priority is patient care in all aspects, and the interaction with patients provides the opportunity to bring something positive to their day to ensure that Saint Luke’s is The Best Place to Get Care. Requirements
- Oncology Data Specialist certification or obtain ODS within 3 years of hire required.
- Associates Degree is required.
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- Associate Degree - Health Information Technology
