About The Position

Global Transaction Banking (GTB) offers comprehensive business banking solutions on a global basis to small business, commercial and corporate clients of the Bank. The Business Payments Product team is responsible for enhancing the customer experience for payment products while maximizing revenue. This internship/co-op position is for the Fall 2026 term, running from September to December 2026, with a work week of 37.5 hours. The application deadline is May 22, 2026. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.

  • Flexibility to adapt and manage within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and contribute to the Business Line strategy by delivering actionable recommendations based on profitability analysis, market trends, policy analysis and end-to-end process enhancements.
  • Support day to day deposit product team activities.
  • Interact with Sales, Business Support Centre, Technology teams and Product Labs on the development and enhancements of different initiatives.
  • Recommend solutions to improve customer experience, product pricing, service and/or processes.
  • Assist with new projects and provide input into the review of business requirements, including supporting technology initiatives.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported by effective processes and ensure all systems and processes are in compliance and meet all regulatory requirements.
