About The Position

Amego Inc. is seeking a qualified and caring individual to join the team as a Residential Campus Supervisor for our children's division. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students and staff Conduct regular check-ins with high-need students and provide ongoing support Supervise and coordinate recreational, social, and community activities Train and mentor staff to ensure top-quality care and compliance with policies Manage staff coverage, handle call-outs, and support crisis response when needed Oversee medication management, safety checks, and emergency preparedness, including fire drills Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and educational staff to ensure the best outcomes for students Review incident reports, participate in leadership meetings, and maintain clear communication What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership skills with experience in residential care or a similar setting Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Ability to manage emergencies with a calm, supportive presence Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to be on-call during scheduled shifts Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000/year Join us and make a lasting impact in the lives of young people! Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in residential care or a similar setting
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage emergencies with a calm, supportive presence
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to be on-call during scheduled shifts
  • At least one-year experience with ABA
  • At least two years of experience in providing services to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities
  • At least 4 years of previous supervisory experience
  • Maturity, good judgment and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
  • Must maintain a current, valid driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles.
  • Certified in MAP, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care or the willingness and ability to do so
