About The Position

This flexible, part-time position supports daily operations in both the Campus Store and Package Services areas. Key Details: No Guaranteed Hours – as needed based on seasonal demands Flexible scheduling required, including occasional weekends or extended hours during peak times Especially July for Orientations

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Previous cashier experience required
• Basic computer and math skills required
• Reliable and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the Campus Store with purchases, product questions, and general support
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions
• Help receive, stock, and merchandise products
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
• Support the Package Services area with receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages as needed
