Campus Stewardship-HVAC Technician

About The Position
This position reports to the university’s HVAC supervisor and involves comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC and mechanical equipment in all university buildings. The technician will also monitor, troubleshoot and repair control systems and provide customer training on the safe operation of HVAC equipment. Regular work hours 8am-4:30pm. Technician will respond to on-call/after-hours emergencies with flex-time provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
- Valid MO driver’s license
- Background check required
- Must be dependable, detail oriented, self-motivating, possess excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with VRF, DOAS, Boiler and Chiller systems preferred.
- Experience in HVAC controls and software systems preferred.
Responsibilities
