About The Position

Power Design has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Services Specialist to join the organization at our headquarters in St. Petersburg. In this role, you’ll support the cleanliness, function, and presentation of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. This includes hands-on janitorial tasks, event support, and workspace maintenance. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that keeps the campus running smoothly and ensures that all spaces, from restrooms to executive event spaces, meet our Class A office standards. This position reports to the Property Coordination Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations support roles is highly preferred; building maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly, professional, and team oriented.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or urgent requests, to support the needs of a busy, around-the-clock campus.
  • Attention to detail, high level of organization, sense of urgency, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently while remaining responsive to last-minute needs or work order requests.
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and setting up furniture and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all basic cleaning, interior and exterior of the building, including but not limited to: cleaning restrooms and kitchens, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, garbage removal, wiping down tables and counters, cleaning spills or messes, exterior cleanings of windows, railings, cobwebs, etc.
  • Responsible for stocking restrooms and breakrooms.
  • Ensure that the appearance of the campus stays pristine while following the company's established standards and 5S method of organization; report issues to the team/supervisor.
  • Conduct routine inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the campus, reporting any damage, maintenance concerns, or cleanliness issues.
  • Support event setup and breakdown, including placement of furniture, signage, supplies, and cleanup before, during, and after events.
  • Assist with assigned engineering, facilities management, and property management projects.
  • Perform general laborer work and miscellaneous tasks as needed and assigned by Property Administrators and management.
  • Manage and complete incoming work orders and employee requests using a task management system (Jira Service Management).
  • Act as the onsite point of contact for vendors during service visits, coordinating access, providing updates to management, and supporting task completion and follow-up.
  • Provide flexible support for urgent requests, same-day events, or special projects assigned by the Property Administrators and management.
  • Assist with other campus projects and tasks as needed.
