About The Position

Securitas is seeking to hire Campus Security Officers. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. The job requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking up to 5 miles for patrols, which may be for long periods and involve climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
Pass a lifetime background & drug test.
Valid Driver’s license.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills and be professional.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Professional appearance: Visible body piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted, unless authorized.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
