Requirements

Active Driver's License.
CPR Certificate.
High school education or equivalent (GED).
Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.
State license if required.
Ability to read and write detailed reports.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Experience with Access Control.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols around the property.
Deter vagrants from property.
Supervise and manage employees at the assigned job site.
Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with the client at the assigned site.
Exercise independent judgment and sound decision-making in performing all duties.
Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at the assigned location.
Regulate traffic and enforce traffic laws on property.
De-escalate verbal altercations.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
