About The Position

GardaWorld is hiring a Campus Security Guard in BLUE BELL, PA. This is a part-time, overnight position with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 11 PM to 7 AM, totaling 16 hours per week. The role involves providing excellent customer service, conducting interior and exterior foot patrols, deterring vagrants, supervising employees at the assigned job site, and maintaining a professional relationship with the client. The position requires independent judgment, sound decision-making, observation, reporting on activity, and rapid response in critical situations. You will enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards. Requirements

High school education or equivalent (GED)
Ability to pass an extensive screening process
1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is required
State license if required
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Active Driver's License REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols around the property
Deter vagrants from property
Supervise & manage employees at your assigned job site
Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client, at the assigned site
Exercise independent judgement and sound decision making in performing all duties
Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location
Regulate traffic, enforce traffic laws on property
De-escalate verbal altercations
Provide rapid response in critical situations
Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards
