About The Position

This position involves general maintenance duties in addition to the surveillance of the campus. The role requires ensuring the security of the facility, preventing vandalism, and conducting checks of buildings, doors, windows, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities also include monitoring power and water functions and performing fire safety checks. Basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, changing waste baskets, sweeping, and mopping are also part of the job.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Obtaining a First Aid/CPR card within 30 days of hire.
  • Passing Washington State, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Colville Tribal History Background Checks.
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
  • Eligibility for Tribal Insurance.
  • Proof of Degree, Transcripts, and three letters of Reference provided along with application.
  • Knowledge of security procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning.

  • Preference given to honorably discharged veterans who are minimally qualified.
