The Campus Safety Monitor (CSM) position is responsible for maintaining the physical security of the assigned school location and assisting building administrators with the continuous monitoring of the school campus. This role involves supervising students during transitions, identifying and reporting safety and security concerns, conducting facility security assessments, and ensuring the security of exterior doors and hallways. The CSM will also monitor restrooms according to guidelines, attend training, maintain confidentiality, and foster positive working relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders. Additionally, the position assists with traffic management and performs other assigned duties.
