About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Campus Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support and execute the end-to-end (E2E) early career talent acquisition and candidate onboarding across client. In this role, you wil manage ful-lifecycle recruitment for both Summer Undergraduate Interns and Co-Op programs across key business locations, including Hi ls Pet Nutrition HQ in Overland Park, KS, CP R&D in Piscataway, NJ, and CP Corporate HQ in New York, NY. You wil lead the E2E process selection, and drive a flawless, high-touch onboarding experience from offer acceptance to day one orientation.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in high-volume campus recruiting, early career talent acquisition, or full lifecycle corporate recruiting.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, Handshake, and job board management.
  • Demonstrated capability to consult, calibrate, and build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and senior business leaders.
  • Exceptional event planning, organizational, and time-management skils with proven ability to manage high-volume E2E recruitment and complex multi-site onboarding operations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skils with a strong candidate-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Post and maintain job opportunities across campus recruitment portals (e.g., Handshake), target university career boards, and the Colgate-Palmolive Careers Page.
  • Support campus marketing and outreach events to drive candidate engagement and build a diverse early-career talent pipeline.
  • Review incoming applicant pools, filter non-qualifying resumes, and conduct structured phone screenings with qualified candidates.
  • Assess screening evaluations and present curated candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers for team interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and interview panels across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to calibrate candidate evaluations post-interview.
  • Gather and confirm all offer details, including base salary, sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and key start terms with accuracy.
  • Prepare and extend formal job offers to candidates while providing transparent communication and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Lead post-offer "Keep Warm" engagement programs and regular touchpoints to maintain excitement.
  • Oversee pre-employment screening compliance, background checks, and automated onboarding task tracking in partnership with HR Operations. Escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate logistics for hardware/equipment ordering, system access provisioning, and welcome kit delivery prior to start dates.
  • Support University Recruitment Specialist in planning and executing first-day orientation sessions, welcome schedules, and site-specific onboarding activities across Hi ls, Piscataway, and Park Ave locations.
  • Partner with University Recruitment Specialists and Hiring Managers to organize cohort-wide learning sessions, networking events, and program milestones for summer internships.
