About The Position

CRB is seeking a Campus Recruiter to support the growth and execution of our Early Careers program. This role will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top intern and new graduate talent across multiple offices. As we continue to expand our campus presence, this individual will serve as a critical partner in delivering a high-quality, consistent, and engaging candidate experience while supporting hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You will work closely with the Program Manager, who focuses on program strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth, while you bring the recruiting process to life through execution, relationship-building, and operational excellence. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Early Career Program Manager, you will support the deployment of the early career programs for all U.S. locations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, higher ed or talent acquisition
  • Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for early career roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support
  • Manage candidate experience and logistics , including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish
  • Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions
  • Support campus events and career fairs , including coordination, execution, and candidate follow-up
  • Track and manage candidate pipelines , ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs
  • Contribute to program improvement , bringing ideas to enhance processes, candidate experience, and overall program success
