About The Position

The Campus Recruitment and Talent Development team is part of Global Human Resources at Scotiabank and plays a key role in attracting, hiring, and developing the next generation of leaders. As strategic partners to the business, we identify top early talent from across the globe and create meaningful experiences that support their growth and success. Developing future talent is at the heart of what we do, through innovative programs, tailored approaches, and strong business partnerships. As a Campus Recruiter, you'll report to the Manager of Technology and Data Campus and play a key role in delivering end-to-end campus recruitment strategies. You'll build and nurture diverse technical talent funnels across Canada, manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, and help connect top emerging talent with exciting career opportunities at Scotiabank.

Requirements

2+ years of recruitment experience, campus experience is an asset
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities through strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Enjoys building meaningful relationships and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, while leveraging strong communication and presentation skills to influence and engage others.
Brings creativity, curiosity, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset, with the adaptability and self-motivation to continuously learn, grow, and drive results.
Is excited by opportunities to make a meaningful impact, gain exposure to senior leaders, travel, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

Execute campus recruitment strategies and hiring initiatives across assigned business lines and geographies.
Build and maintain relationships with student talent, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders.
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, offer delivery, and candidate tracking using recruitment technologies.
Plan and deliver campus events, networking opportunities, presentations, and large-scale recruitment initiatives.
Support social media and branding initiatives that enhance Scotiabank's presence on campus.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
Provide mentorship and support to members of the Campus Recruitment team.
