About The Position
To create a distraction-free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. This role is responsible for planning and executing weekly worship services and major events with excellence, managing the serve staff team, and ensuring high-quality production elements.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Experience in team leadership
- Experience in live production, audio, video and lighting
- Proficient in live production, with working knowledge of audio, video and lighting hardware and software
- Familiar with Planning Center Online
- Working knowledge of macOS
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong proactive communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective individual and team relationships
- Critical thinker who displays strong decision-making and attention to detail

- bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence
- Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team
- Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules
- Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff
- Program lighting and media content for weekend services
- Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction-free experience
- Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions
- Execute high quality, distraction-free worship services with serve staff team
- Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events
- Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur
- Maintain production team equipment and software
- Attend and contribute to central, campus and one-on-one meetings
- Disciple and lead the student serve staff team, encouraging growth both spiritually and in their serve staff roles
- Other duties as needed
