Requirements
- The ability to decipher complex written directions and communicate effectively with teammates
- The ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds; able to stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, push, pull, twist, bend, lift and carry items
- Attention to detail is critical
- Candidates with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from Asset Essentials (AE)
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to track performance
- Maintain AE, alongside the Campus Coordinator, via logging assets as available and submitting and completing work orders on a daily basis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency/integrity of data being used
- Prepare weekly and monthly findings/insights via Work Request Analyzer to Campus Coordinator, as well as Director of Campus Services
- Provide training materials and sessions on how to use AE to various constituencies
- Tag and log assets in AE and on the asset
- Act as a courier for Campus deliveries
- Attend all safety training and other required meetings (ex., OSHA, machinery operation training, Bloodborne pathogens, fire safety, golf cart, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
